We also keep in mind those who have continued to work around the clock to keep our nation safe and secure from future terrorist attacks – from our local emergency responders to the members of our Armed Forces.

At the Texas Sports Hall of Fame in Waco, Dr Mitchell was interviewed by Dave Campbell’s Texas Football magazine about the 1969 Game of the Century between University of Texas and University of Arkansas where he played football for UT. A documentary by Mike Looney entitled “The Big Shoot Out” was shown which depicts this game. — with
